We currently ship Australia-wide.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location.

Delivery Time

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

Gilgit Shilajit is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will work with the courier to investigate your shipment and assist you where possible.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
