Returns

Due to the nature of our wellness products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or where you have changed your mind.

Please ensure you choose your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Change of mind purchases
  • Items returned without prior approval

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was sent.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
